Here at Living Water Books Publishing and Productions, we offer you an extensive online book-distribution network to help your book get noticed by readers and book buyers in the literary marketplace. Once you publish with us, your book will be available through a number of distribution channels: the Books in Print® database, our online bookstore, and two leading book wholesalers in the United States—Ingram and Baker & Taylor. For orders from other areas of the world, our international print network can facilitate the speedy delivery of your books.
Your book will also be available for sale online through external retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other resellers that may pick up your book from the Ingram and Baker & Taylor distribution networks. Once you publish with us your book will be available to potential readers here and around the world through various retailers and distribution channels.
Why does distribution matter?
Channel distribution enables your book to be ordered by and distributed to online booksellers and retailers around the world. This allows you to reach a wide audience and compete in the book marketplace.
If your publishing goals include more than giving away copies of your book to friends and family, book distribution is essential. Although it may sometimes be possible to sell directly to bookstores, booksellers prefer dealing with wholesalers and distributors rather than entering into transactions with individual authors.
While some retailers, such as the iBooks Store, are strictly for e-books, many stores offer the print, e-book, and even audiobook versions on their websites.
